Sunseeker Properties has been trading on the Costa del Sol for the past eight years.

Myself I lived on the coast for nine and a half years (until a recent illness) in the beautiful town of Benalmadena.

 

I run the U.K. side of the business with 25 years plus experience in Financing - Investments & Property Management.

My partner Dennis runs the Spanish side of the business who in turn has lived on the coast for 18 years and has sold and rented property for 14 of those 18 years.

As a team we merged 8 years ago to form a very good working partnership and a reliable company.

We deal in a variation of properties be it, Private Residential or Commercial Property i.e. Villas, Apartments, Houses or Small Holdings (Fincas). We always have a number of Bars, Restaurants & Night Clubs on the books for the many people who want to live and work on the Costa-del-Sol.
